Providing and laying Antiskid vitrified tiles in floor in diferent sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) chowkhat 4 1/2" x 2 1/4"including cost of corner straps, iron hold fasts, hinges, screws,nails, fevicol etc. and spirit polish of chowkhats. Rate includes the cost of dismantling of all damaged chowkhats and making good the damage to walls plaster and floors as required including, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and Fixing 35mm thick 2nd class teak wood (kiln seasoned) wire gauge door shutter consisting of 100mm x 35 mm style and top rail 150 mm x 35 mm lock rail 200mm x 35 mm bottom rail wire mesh 22 x 12 mm gauge fixed with 1/2” x 3/4” teak wood (kiln seasoned) beading, incluuding Stainless Steel fittings and the rate further includes the cost of painting two coats synthetic enamel paint over one coat of wood primer complete fixed in position and in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 2'-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, 4mm thick teak ply pasted on the exposed surface and making shelves in cabinet 0.8mm mica inside canbinet . The rate further includes the cost of lipping, piano hinges, cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and painting two coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface and spirit polishing on teak ply complete in position as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. (GRANITE). Granite stone slab of colour Black, Cherry/ Ruby Red (Based on DSR 8.2.2.1)

Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 1.5mm thick polycarbonate sheet to be fixed on the existing MS frame with self drilling machine screws complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up frame made of / M.S. flat / M.S. pipe / M.S. angles of various sections including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of snthetic enmael paint, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc.. The work is required for making security wall jaffery/ ladder/grills/ frame work for shed or sunshade / other mis work.The steel work is to be provided at the site of the building complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
