Construction of Hasanpur Rly Crossing via Bhadrasen Maurya home to Dahara Kala Link Road (with 5 year maintenance)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from R.O.W. with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (Including all material T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with vibratory rollar to achieve the desired density , complete as per clause 401 (Including all material T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread Material Manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller and OMC to achieve the desired uncomfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base. (Including all material T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material Manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller and OMC to achieve the desired uncomfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base. (Including all material T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. Per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clasue 503. (Including all material T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm. to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line. Grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a perviously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant , laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clasue 508. (Including all material T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coat as per Technical Spefification Clause -510.(Including all material T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from R.O.W. with all lift and leads, transporting to site, spresding grading to reqiire slope and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (Including all material T&P, labour cess etc but excluding GST)

Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per Government order No. 17/2024/SA.-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 Date 16.01.2024 and HQ UPPWD,Lucknow order No. 3689COPRMC/Mul-23-24 Date 17.02.2024 . Maintainance cost will adjusted as per final cost of construction and will be paid accordingly.

1st year- maintainance cost 0% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

2nd year- maintainance cost 0.75% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

3rd year- maintainance cost 1.500 % on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

4th year- maintainance cost 2.25% on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)

5th year- maintainance cost 3.00 % on Bituminous Work (Including labour Material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes. Labour cess but excluding GST)
