Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc.,as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10 with standard specifications.

Supplying and filling the foundations and basement with approved quality of well Gravel in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated as per standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part sand and Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Random rubble masonry in cement motor 1:5 (one Part of cement, Five part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) mix using all granite stones and bond stones for foundation and basement from approved quarry including watering, curing, and labour charges etc., completed as per standard specification

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Supplying and erecting centering for vertical RCC concrete walls of supply channel, retaining wall etc upto 90Cm height with necessary supports,all cross bracing with mild steel size of 90cm x60 cm and gauge BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel sheet angles of size 25 mm x25 mm x3mm for bearing laid silver Oak/ Country wood joist of size 7.50 cm x5.0 cm spaced @ about 90 cm C/C and supported by Casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm spaced @ 75 cm C/C etc,, complete complaying with standered specfications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One part of Cement and Five part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 12mm, thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications

Special ceiling plastering in CM 1:3, 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site with all leads of pure water for curing and all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc complete

Drilling of 150mm dia deep bore well in hard rock area to required depth including cost and all labour charges and all other incidental charges etc complete. a) Upto 150m from below GL

Supply and Fixing of 150mm OD PVC Pipe for casing Pipe for Medium depth in to drilled bore well.

Supplying and delivery of the 1.5 HP submercible Motor 50 LPM 60 metres head ISI mark as per standard specification

Supply and delivery of Panel Board including cost & Conveyance all labour charges etc.,complete

Supply and Delevery of 1000 Litre capacity PVC Tank with ISI mark including cost and conveyance of all materials etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Painting two coats with ready mixed synthetic enamal paint including cost & conveyance and all other incidental charges etc. complete for iron work

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) SD 24

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable SD 38 PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point (SD 38)

Supplying and delivery of PVC Insulated and sheathed 2.50 Sq mm 3 core Flat type copper cable confirming to IS 694 /1990 including cost of materials etc., complete

Towards labour charges for the erection of 1.5HP submersible pumpset in borewell/open well including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consiting of TPICN switches starter, volmeter, ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc, complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days
