Taking down fan of any make/sweep carefully, sealing cable end, dismantiling blades all as directed.

Hanging only ceiling fan any make/sweep and connecting up with existing electric circuit complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only exhaust fan any size / make and connecting up with existing electric circuit complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of stator complete with super enameled copper wire (gauge/ weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled fans), including quick varnishing of the following size of fans of any make:- (a) For Ceiling Fan of 1200 mm sweep

(b) -do but for 1400 mm sweep

(c) For exhaust Fan of 400/450 mm sweep

(d) -do but for 380 mm sweep

(e) -do but for 300 mm sweep

(f) For cabin/padestal Fan of 400 mm sweep Note for item No.4 :- Collection of fan from AGE E/M Lekhapani office under contractor's own arrangement for rewinding/repair the same, removing defective parts, burnt winding carefully, cleaning & re-assembling the fan after repair incl. oiling, greasing, replacing u/s cottor pins, washer lock bolts, connector etc. depositing the fans to AGE E/M store yard and testing complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Spare parts will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule)

Supply & fix in repair ball bearing of ceiling/exhaust fan of any size of exactly similar as existing in fan all as directed (Make-NBC/SKF)

Supply & fix in repair metal bush bearing for ceiling fan of any make/sweep of exactly similar as existing in fan complete as directed

Supply & fix in repair capacitor 2.5 mfd as directed (Make - Asian/Usha/Epcos of siemens)

Supply & fix in repair capacitor 4 mfd as directed (Make - Asian/Usha/Epcos of siemens)

Supply & fix in repair rotor shaft for Ceiling/exhaust fan of any make/sweep as directed

Supply & fix in repair twisted two core copper flexible cable of size 23/.0076 from connector to the ceiling rose complete all as directed

Over hauling of ceiling / exhaust fan of any sweep/make i.e. opening of fan and cleaning ball bearing, filling grease/oil and changing of u/s cotter pin, nut, screw, check nuts and bolts as required incl. cleaning of body, blades, down rods, canopies etc and re-assembling complete all as directed.

M & L painting of ceiling fan complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc. all as directed

Supply & fix fan step regulator, electronic type, 300 watt and connection complete as directed, after dismantling/removing unserviceable regulator. (Make- Anchor/Leader/Usha)

S&F in repair blade set of four with coupling for 450 mm sweep of exhaust fan of any make all as directed

All as per item No 18 here-in-beforebut for 380mm sweep

All as per item No 18 here-in-before but for 300mm sweep

S&F in repair blade set for Ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep of any make as directed.

All as per item No 22 here-in-before but for 1400 mm sweep.

Supply and fixing of MS down rod 'medium grade' 15mm dia of length 0.75 mtr complete with making split holes, cut or threads at both end of pipe as required for hanging of C/fan incl. painting of rod with two coats of synthetic enamel white paint over one coat of primer all as directed

All as per item No 24 here-in-before but of length 1.0 mtr

S & F louvers shutters on wall suitable for exhaust fan upto 380/300mm sweep incl. suitable size of nut, bolts & washer all as directed.

All as per item No 26 here-in-before but for 450mm sweep

S & F in repair 'U' shape shackle clamp assembly made out of MS flat iron incl checknut, bolts, screws, washer, split pin, lock nut, rubber reel etc. suitable to the down rod pipe and connecting complete all as directed

S & F canopy for ceiling fan suitable for any sweep / make as required incl. screw complete all as directed

S&F heavy duty metal body exhaust fan 300 mm sweep 240 volts with louvers including necessary connection with three core rouond flexible copper wire of 1 sqmm connector to fan minimum 1 m length complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ceiling fans complete 230V, 1200 mm sweep with 5 stars rating, energy saving complete all as specified and directed.

S & F fan hook suitable for 40mm dia pipe, made out of MS flat iron of size 50 x 6mm incl suitable size of nut, bolt & washer complete all as specified & directed

S&F in repair blade set, PVC, transparent in colour with coupling for 450 mm sweep of wall bracket fan of any make all as directed
