Complete removal of entire existing water proofing treatment in any position including tarfelt, Plaster, lean concrete of any thickness, gravels etc. and removing the debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 25 mm thick type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately as "Supply Only"

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Provding and carry out water proofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface system includes preparation to remove loose dust, dirt, loose mortor, curing compound etc carry out cementious injction grouting at leakage points and construction joints using cement slurry modified with Cebex 100 plasticised expandive ground admixture supplies in 225 gm pouch, treatment of construction joints using polymer modified mortor prepare by using Nitobond SBR latects, application of polymer modified battaat floor, wall junction, filling of annular space around rain water outlet using conbextra GP2 non shrink cementious grouts. Andulated surface and npot hole shall be treated with epoxy mortor or putty to obtained sound/levelled surface. Application of primer Nito proof WB primer on sound mortor slab surface. Followed by application of coat of Nito proof 600 PF liquid applied single component pitch free polyurithane coating supplied in 25 kg drum coverage @ 2.30 Kg/m2 to achieve 1.5 mm thickness in two coats complete including all tools and tackles as per manufactures specification. Coating shall be having crackbriding of 2 mm, elonagtion (ASTMD 124 ) greater than 600 percentage, tensile strength (ASTM D412), 95 percenatge, 85 percentage of solid contantents, tear resistance (ASTM D624),15 KN/M, shore A hardness (ASTM D 2240), 60, water vapour transmission not more than 1 gm /M2, water permeability (DIN-1048) -NIL, services temperature -40'C to 70 degree 'c, flash point greater than 70 'C HSE guidelines:- It is recommanded to provide adequate general and local exhust ventillations, providing protection to Eye,face,Hand andother skin by wearing appropriate glouse, google, face cilid, respiratory protection etc, directed in SDS of the product. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making hole and fixing the metalic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer without distrubing existing structure as per manufcturers instrction and froming agent like coreseal 357A/ coreseal 357C for carrying out nondistrctive waterproofing treatment of sunkun portion slab, floor and walls of bathroom, WC/WHB and floor traps (Combine Unit) by using construction chemical methods such as hydrophobic PU grouting, epoxy coating etc including cleaning of surfaces with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakage and reapairing, removing/ taking down unsound treatment/ surfaces and followed by material and labour for second course injection of resin like Coreseal 135A/ 135B without distrurbing existing structure complete all as per manufacturers instrctions and complete all as specified and directed. Make- Buildcore Chemicals/ Pidilite/ Chemistic/ Fosrock or any equivalent chemicals as per list of makes and as approved by GE.

M&L grouting the joints of flooring any type and any size of tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade 0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg, including filling grouting and finishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor of sunken portion by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/sqm ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth using extra cement mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement and applying two coats of Roff Hyguard EX Rezone Chemicals or equivalent make as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded brick aggregate) lean concrete for filling sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.
