REPAIR TO VARIOUS PARAPETS, CHAJJA AND OTHER MISC B/R WORKS INCLUDING DEMOLITION OF VARIOUS UNUSED RCC TANKS IN AOR OF AGE B/R LEKHANAGAR UNDER GE NASIK ROAD

M&L for Repairing of broken edges of RCC chajjas, roof projections, fins, facia and similar works by dismantling of loose and damaged/ disintegrated portion of edges (cross sectional area not exceeding 150 sqcm) with CM1:4 or cement concrete 1:1½:3 type A0 and chicken wire mesh with nails (to hold fresh mortar/ concrete) including necessary formwork etc. and scaffolding for work upto four storied buildings and finishing the surface by paint to match with existing work complete all as directed. Note: For multistorey bldgs only sccaffolding/ladder shall be used. work to be executed at any height.

M&L for Plastering on walls in CM 1:4 in patches not exc. 3 Sqm on the buildings upto four storied, including taking down old plastering on walls, any description including finishing the surface to match existing surfaces including necessary scaffolding and finishing the surface by interior/exterior emulsion paint to match the surface with existing work.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls and ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scubbing down with water etc and complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall/ceiling surfaces finished fair and even incl curing.

Two coat of exterior emulsion paint (Apex/weather coat) on new walls plastered or unplastered surfaces including preparing of new plastered, unplastered or concrete surface with safety kit arrangements to work at any height at site all as directed.

Two coat of exterior emulsion paint (Apex/weather coat) on old walls plastered or unplastered surfaces including preparing by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots; removing nails, making good holes, cracks by filling with putty with safety kit arrangements to work at any height at site all as directed.

Dismantling of steel window/ventilators any description and any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium (minimum 50 micron powder coated) frame for doors, windows, ventilators and glazed partition frame of any size with one or more rebates including joining cleat, beading and connected accessories as required for fixing etc. complete all as specified.
