Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking of shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of size exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames (without taking of shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix factory made Soild PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panciling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type anodised 125 mm size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 125 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 100 mm long MS butt hinges medium weight cold rolled welded to steel frame / fixed to wooden and PVC frame with suitable screws, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 35mm thick factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces the size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part-I) klin seasoned and chemically pressure treated (II class hard wood) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix factory made 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
