Advance Collection of Material for Annual Maintenance of Various Roads in Provincial sub Division, PWD BandR Branch, Hathin (Collection of Material at PWD store at Hathin) for the year 2025-26 (Without GST)

Collection of coarse aggregate 53mm to 2.8mm gauge (Vapsi) from any nearest approved crusher. The aggregate shall consist of crusher stone, crushed gravel / single or other stones. They shall be clean, strong, and durable or farley cubical shape and free from disintegrated pieces organic or other deleterious matters and adherent coating. The aggregate shall preferably by hydrophobic and low porosity. If hydrophobic aggregates are to be used the bitumen shall preferable be treated with anti stripping agents of approved quality in suitable doses. The aggregate shall satisfy the physical requirement. Set forth in table 500-7. For purpose of payment the column a stack will be worked out as per actual measurement and the quantity will be reduced by prescribed percentage and the reduced quantity will be considered as quantity supplied for purpose of payment (MORTandH specification latest edition) The size of a stack will be 2 M x 1.5 M x 35 Cm..(Hathin store)

Collection of coarse aggregate from any nearest approved quarry shall be either crushed or broken stone. They shall be hard, durable and free from excess of flat elongated soft and disintegrated particles, dust and other objectionable matter. They shall be stacked 2Mx1.5Mx0.35M in size. For purpose of payment the volume of stacks will be worked out as per actual measurement and quantity will be reduced by prescribed percentage and the reduced quantity will be considered as the quantity supplied for purpose of payment (MORTH specification section No.404.) Coarse aggregate of 53mm to 22.4 mm (G-II) size for base course with the Grading and Physical requirements as per table 400.9. (Hathin store)

Collection of stone chipping 11.2mm gauge from any nearest approved crusher shall consist of fairly fragments of clean, hard, tough, and durable rock of uniform quality throughout. They shall be obtained crushing rock and be free of elongated of flaky pieces, soft or disintegrated material and vegetable or other deleterious matter. They shall pre-ferably be hydrophobic type and stacked in the store in big size stack as desired by the Engineer-in-charge of work for purpose of payment, the volume of stacked will be worked out as per actual measurement and quantity will be reduced by 5%(Five percent) and the reduced quantity will be considered as the quantity for purpose of payment (MORTandH specification latest edition) .(Hathin Store)
