Important Note:(1)The bidder must possess valid EPF & ESIC registration as per relevant laws. The bidders need to deposit EPF & ESIC with appropriate authority. The reimbursement for the same shall not be made.(2)The payment of wages to labourers should be made through bank.

Watering arrangements for Gardens, plants etc. by a tanker of 4500 liters capacity fitted with valve of suitable size suitable for watering including filling of tanker with water within RRCAT campus, transporting the same at desired locations and watering by using hose pipe for uniform application of water as mentioned in the specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section (Pumping arrangement shall be made by the Dept. free of cost)

Air layering(gooty preparation) for propagation of shrubs/trees/creepers etc. by removing outer internode skin of branch just below node with budding/grafting knife to facilitate callus formation, application of rooting hormone, wrapping with moist sphagnum moss and finally packing with polyethylene strips using jute thread so as to remove air pockets inside air layer, removal of rooted air layers after sufficient rooting by deploying skilled Mali’s and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.

Raising of plant material in poly bags including filling with soil mixture in proportion , sowing/planting seeds, rooted cuttings, bulbs, rhizomes etc in poly bags, transporting the same and arranging in rows in the nursery, watering, application of plant protection measures etc including maintenance for the initial development period of one month by deploying skilled Mali’s and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.

Providing of Floribunda type Rose grafts amongst listed varieties ,planting the grafts in pre-excavated pits filled up with suitable garden earth by making proper place, to place the plant material firmly by following cultural practices and nursing the same for the initial development period of one month with in RRCAT, campus and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head, Horticulture Section.

Providing of flowering seasonal plants in thumb pots/plastic trays amongst listed species(i.e.Calendula,cosmos,holyhock,Dahlia,Antirihnum,Dianthus etc.) including the cost of loading,transportation,unloading etc. at RRCAT site,at desired interval during the entire duration of contract and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.

Providing of good quality flower sticks of Tuberose/Gladiolus of Local varieties (open field cultivated) suitable for flower vase free from blemishes,having healthy & fresh in proper form including the cost of packing, transportation at RRCAT site spread over the year in regular interval and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section .

Providing of good quality flower sticks of polyhouse grown tissue cultured Gerbera/Carnation/ Gladiolus/Rose amongst Dutch/hybrid varieties suitable for flower vase free from blemishes,having healthy & fresh in proper form including the cost of packing, transportation at RRCAT site spread over the year in regular interval and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.

Providing & supply of Flower bouquets of approved pattern using flower sticks of minimum 10Nos from amongst Hybrid Gerbera,Dutch Roses/Gladiolus,Tuberose etc combined with filler plant material/seasonal flower sticks amongst golden rods,candytuff/ladylace, gypsophylla,fern/ asparagus,etc using floral foam/bouquet holder including the cost of material,all labour ,tools & tackles complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.(Note: 1.The payment shall be based on the number of flower bouquets supplied on actual requirement).

Arrangement of flower vases by collecting flower sticks, filler material etc from flower beds / Gardens with in the campus,washing and cleaning the same using fresh water, carrying and arranging the same in different patterns in flower vases placed in the various office locations including the cost of cleaning of vases by deploying skilled mali's with in stipulated time frame on day to day basis and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.( Flower sticks/filler material, cleaning agent , water shall be supplied by the Deptt free of cost)(Note: 1.The payment shall be based on number of flower vases arranged as per the specifications).

Stage decoration at Convention centre,Auditorium etc. with cut flowers and fillers on floral foam (Size:80mmX110mmX230mm) in presentable manner in tray/stand or polythene sheets by providing floral foam of Oasis or approved equivalent make & required wire mesh including collection of flowers /fillers from Gardens /flower beds/supplies , washing the same with clear water,fixing and arranging on floral foam as per approved design/patterns and clearing the site by deploying a skilled Mali complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.(Flower sticks,filler material,cleaning agent,tray/stand shall be supplied by the Deptt free of cost)(Note: 1.The payment shall be based on number of floral foam bricks arranged with flowers/fillers as per specifications).

Cleaning and Sweeping of open spaces in Gardens/Tree plantation area to keep it in neat and clean condition by removing litter,debries, defoliated leaves,garden waste, papers, plastic bottles etc. including the cost of brooms,hassian cloth,tools & tackles and removal of waste/rubbish from the areas by deploying trolley to be covered by Agro shed Net or Polythene or Tarpaulin sheet or suitable means for disposal at prelocated site including the cost of loading, unloading,stacking etc at all leads within RRCAT campus & complete as per the specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.

Hire charges for Brush Cutter with operator (including the cost of brush cutter , tools ,tackles,fuel,lubricants & other operational / maintenance cost ) for carrying out cutting of wild vegetations,bushes,Grass etc.from ground level by following safety measures ,and further stacking,collecting and transporting cut vegetation by mechanical means i.e truck/tractor trolley to be covered by Agro shed Net or Polythene or Tarpaulin sheet at all leads to pre-located pits for disposal within campus, unloading including its heaps consolidation work complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.

Maintenance of potted plants placed in various buildings, offices, laboratories, Nursery & common facilities spread over in the campus on regular basis following the cultural practices including the cost for shifting of locations, transportation,labour etc. ,watering,soil working,plant protection measures/painting(excluding the cost of material supplied by the deptt. or paid separately), etc as per specifications & complete as directed by Head,Horticulture Section.(Note: 1.The payment shall be based on potted plants maintained on monthly basis.2.Quantity mentioned is for 12 months,i.e.1200NosX12months). )

Maintenance and up keeping of Nursery stock plants raised in poly bags amongst shrubs, trees, creepers, ground covers etc. arranged in beds in Nursery by following cultural practices viz. watering, soil working, applications of plant protection measures / fertilizers(excluding the cost of material supplied by the deptt. or paid seperately), pruning changing locations of plants in poly bags etc as per requirements by deploying skilled Mali and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section. (Note: 1.The payment shall be based on plant stock area maintained on monthly basis.2.Quantity mentioned is for 12 months,i.e.140sqmX12months)

Complete maintenance and upkeeping of Gardens in Laboratory area with entire garden features i.e. lawns, trees, shrubs, flower beds, hedges,edges , pathways etc by mowing of Lawns,clipping of hedge,edge,weeding, removal of Garden rubbish,managing pumping/distribution operations for watering arrangements, top dressing with good earth/ manure/vermicompost as per requirement including application of fertilizers/pesticides/insecticides/ fungicides etc as per requirement in Gardens (excluding the cost of material supplied by the deptt. or paid seperately) , removal of waste from the Garden areas by deploying trolley covered with shadenet or suitable means for disposal at prelocated site including the cost of loading, unloading,stacking etc at all leads within RRCAT campus and complete as per specifications and as directed by Head,Horticulture Section(Note: 1.The payment shall be based on garden area maintained on monthly basis.2.Quantity mentioned is for 12 months,i.e.45,000sqmX12months).
