REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF SECURITY/STREET LIGHT FITTINGS AND SOLAR LIGHTS, REPLACEMENT OF CONVENTIONAL FITTINGS TO LED FITTING AND CONNECTED WORKS AT CHAF BANGALORE

Taking down existing defective LED street/security/flood/post top light fittings of any description and type from pole/ walls of buildings of any height complete, after disconnecting the electrical connections and re-fixing the same in position after replacement of defective parts and accessories including connecting up and testing for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of spares and connected items shall be measured and paid as supply only under relevant item of schedule. (ii) Replacement of unserviceable spare parts/ accessories of the light fittings and replacement of brackets required for defective light fittings shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates under relevant items of this schedule. (iii) Replacement of screws, nuts, bolts and consumables shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted and no extra payment shall be allowed. (iv) Contractor or his representative will attend unserviceable street light/faulty complaints and ensure completion of fault at the earliest and copy of the report to be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge. (v) All tools and plants,ladder required shall be brought by the contractor to the site and rate quoted shall deem to include for the same also.

Supply only high energy efficient constant current electronic driver suitable for 220v,50hz, LED street light fitting 18/36 Watts LED luminaires, 230 Volts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only high energy efficient constant current electronic driver suitable for 220v,50hz, LED street light fitting 40/45/50/60 Watts LED luminaires, 230 Volts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only high energy efficient constant current electronic driver suitable for 220v,50hz, LED street light fitting 75/80/90 Watts LED luminaires, 230 Volts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only high energy efficient constant current electronic driver suitable for 220v,50hz, LED street light fitting 100/120 Watts LED luminaires, 230 Volts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs of sub main wiring from street light to junction box with two single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 1.5 sqmm in and including heavy grade PVC conduit and its accessories with fixing arrangements on pole surface, wall, ceiling etc including single run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note : One run of earth continuity conductor,one run of PVC conduit and two run of copper conductor together taken as one length for measuring unit length.

S & F in repairs service wire 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm x 2 Core nominal cross section complete all as specified.

M & L in repairs of LT UG cable 10 Sqmm x 2 Core 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated, steel tape armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including, lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation earth work and sand cushioning, brick protection, pole foundation , coping, plinth protection etc. Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

M & L in repairs of LT UG cable 16 Sqmm x 4 Core 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated, steel tape armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including, lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation earth work and sand cushioning, brick protection, pole foundation , coping, plinth protection etc. Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

M & L in repairs of LT UG cable 25 Sqmm x 4 Core 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , steel tape armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including, lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation earth work and sand cushioning, brick protection, pole foundation , coping, plinth protection etc. Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

Supply erecting and fixing in repairs of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 and marking ZEBRA pattern with alternate yellow and black colour to steel tubular poles 1.5m from the bottom of pole and one coat of aluminium painting for the remaining portion of pole including numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation earth work and sand cushioning, brick protection, pole foundation , coping, plinth protection etc. Shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, of poles struts, laying of cables/pipes, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 13 herein before but above 1.5 mtr depth in soft/loose soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & spread dry river sand in in trenches for cable protection all as specied and as directed

Supply and Lay burnt bricks of sub class "B" in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material ans labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate for foundations of poles/stays complete including form work all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate for coping of poles and platform incl. necessary form work fair and finishing without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road pavement hard standing by manual boring incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay GI Pipe Ilight grade 50 mm dia for cable protection laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC conduit pipe 25mm dia heavy duty secured to poleswith necessary clamps and fitting such as bolts, nuts fixed in repairs all as specied and as directed

S & fix in repairs GI pipe 40/50 mm bore, light grade, 1.50 metres long, bent to shape required as in street light brackets, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable size MS clamps, nuts & bolts complete, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of steel tubular poles of any description with one coat of aluminium paint and also marking ZEBRA pattern with alternate yellow and black colour to steel tubular poles 1.5m from the bottom of pole including numbering of poles using synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L for painting of RCC poles with one coat of white cement based paint and also marking ZEBRA pattern with alternate yellow and black colour to poles 1.5m from the bottom of pole including numbering of poles using synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix PVC cable loop box, size not less than 200 mm x 140 mm x 95 mm, out door type, duly fitted on bottom of RCC/ steel poles with suitable clamp, nuts, bolts & washers complete to accommodate and including one No of 6 Amps single pole MCB, & suitable alumiium busbar of 3 phase porcelain insulated connectors for incoming and outgoing connections fixed in repairs all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of sheet metal enclosure street light timer control board 3Φ 415V , 50Hz IP >54 having digital programmable (24 Hrs) timer switch, contactor assembly 415V 4 pole, 65 Amps with auxiliary contact, MCB TPN 415V, 63 Apms capacity as incommer, with manual/auto bypass arrangement, connector terminals & status indicators including testing complete all as specified and directed.
