Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work using old size fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- (a) 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) using 100 % coarse sand on roof / parapet walls with and including WPC @ 2 % by weight of cement. (b) Applying a coat of bitumenous primer @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces and allow to dry. (c ) Applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over primer. (d) Suply and laying of 3mm thick (Minimum) polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kgs/Sqm. (e) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kgs/Sqm . (f) Blinding with dry coarse sand @ 0.50 to 1.0 Kg /Sqm dusted over bitumen. (g) Suply and laying Sub class B Bricks tiles 40 mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) and jointing and pointing in CM (1:4) by mixing linsead oil @ 5 % weight of cement. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles, joint free 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 600x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid in bedded cement mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and including granite polish on Kota slab stone complete all as specified and directed.

All as in item No 33 above but except stone. Note:- Old stone shall be used obtained from Dismantling.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in dado/skirting over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and including granite polish on Kota slab stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Forming construction joints 30 mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade "A." complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed & polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms & like, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including pointing into white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.
