Procurement of qaulity control appparatus

Supplying cast iron cube mould of size 150 mm × 150 mm × 150 mm, made of heavy-duty cast iron, with smooth internal faces, accurately machined, complete with base plate, bolts and nuts, conforming to relevant IS standards, including all accessories, testing and delivery at site with ISI Certified(10-12kg, dimensional tolerance +/-0.2mm ) as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying thickness gauge made of high-quality stainless steel, with clearly marked graduations, with ISI Certification Mark Is:2386( 300x150mm) size, 3-6mm plate thickness, slot length tolerance +/-0.1mm, slot width tolerance +/-0.2mm)suitable for measuring thickness of materials, complete with protective case, complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying length gauge made of high-quality stainless steel, with clearly marked graduations,with ISI Certification Mark IS:2386(300x150x5mm) size, slot length tolerance +/-0.1mm, slot width tolerance +/-0.2mm) suitable for accurate measurement of lengths, complete with necessary accessories, complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying Measuring Cylinder Graduated, Polycarbonate, Capacity 1000ml suitable for laboratory and site testing use complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing, fixing and calibrating of Digital Compression Testing, Semi Automatic Machine, Capacity 2000KN,Electrically Operated( accuracy +/- 1 %, 1HP motor, 440V, 3-Phase,50mm stroke) complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing, fixing and calibrating of Sieve Shaker motorised with Built in Digital Timer.(sieve diameter 200-300mm, 12.5mm oscillation amplitude, 0.37kw, 580mmx380mmx900mm size complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying, fitting, fixing, installation and calibration of Compaction Test Apparatus for Light Compaction with 2.69 kg Hammer( mild steel/gunmetal internal dia 100mm, internal height 127.3mm, capacity 1 litre, wall thickness less than 3mm, base plate removable, rigid steel base, extension collar height 60mm) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying of Air Permeability Apparatus (Blain Type) with ISI Certification mark( brass/ stainless steel cell internal dia 12.7mm, cell height 50mm, volume 1.1-1.2 cc) complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing, installation and calibration of Crushing Value Apparatus (As per IS 2386, crushing cylinder dia 11.5cm, internal height 18cm, wall thickness 6-8mm rigid mild steel or cast steel, ) complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing, installation and calibration of Aggregate Impact Test (Coarse Aggr-Cylindrical cup metal measure tempering to with ISI mark Automatic blow counter all confirming to IS:9377, weight 13.5mm +/- 0.25kg, drop height 380+/-5mm, ) complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
