M & L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia using TMT bars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down carefully hood of steel rolling shutters, exc 25 sqm for replacement of unservicable/ defective parts and refixing in the same location, including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated, complete, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle size of shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

S & F 35mm thick,Second class hard wood Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
