Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete in Roofs, floors ( other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landings, chajjas, lintel band and similar suspended works. (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description in laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar or thickness in floors, slabs, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulders masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI water tubing of 15 mm bore and connection and incl cleaning for refixing or removel, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel roof truss (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, cnanelor flat section gusset plate) including distance piece, cleats etc and welding if required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate, etc. confirming to Fe 290 (grade E-165). (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels square cut or notched oridinary or counter sunk forming holes w/o any attatchment confirming to Fe-290 grade-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other,or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, dia of shank 11 to 15 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted coloured (multi colour pattern as approved by GE) galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note : No extra cost shall be borne by Govt exchequer in r/o colour, pattern, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour (multi colour as approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridge,cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing & fixing of 4mm thick designer ceiling board Make : Everest in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instructions, laid on hot dipped galvanized iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick galvanized steel sheet & of size 24x32x300mm and spaced at 12mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rowl plug, level adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall flush fitting of 1200 long cross tee with (double stitching) to be inter locked between main runners at 600mm centre to from 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee, tee perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick galvanized steel of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per instruction, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick plastering on stone masonry surface in CM (1:6) and rendering is to be finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on new fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick jointless area of tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in joint less in floor set in neat cement sullary and pointed with coloured /white cement to match the surface over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 450x 350 x 7 mm thick, jointless in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces over 10 mm thick cement mortar screed bed 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F vetrified ceramic tiles in Dark shade Exterior grade of size 600x600x10 mm thick as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointing in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed 15 mm thich in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Machine cut kota stone slab flooring over and including 20 mm thick screed base Cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 42.00 here-in-before but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 15 mm thick screed bed Cement Mortar 1:3.

M&L for 16-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 16-18mm thick machine cut , bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of cement to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete.laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) after dismentling / demolition of old unserviceable granite of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made MS tubular Box type window of MS rolled steel section conforming to IS-1038 and shall be ISI marked manufactured by ISI approved manufacturer, openable frames shall be fabricated of sections as approved by Engr-in-Charge corner welded to form a solid fused welded joint handles shall be of z section welded with openable frame box steel section(Consisting of both shutter glazed shutter and gauge shutter complete) used in outer frame shutter frame and central frame shall be ERW secton of 16 gauge with fixing lugs to be fixed as per provision of IS-1038 except that top lugs shall not be provided , all shutters of windows shall be provided with 4 Nos friction free hinges, 2 Nos 75 mm tower bolts to each leaf of window one at top and one at bottom welded on 3 mm thick steel sheet piece of suitable size which shall be in turn welded to z section f steel window to provide suitable arrangement of using tower bolt and 1 nos bow handle in each shutter.
