Electrical Works at the Newly Shifted PSA near the MSAA#EPS

Foundation and Erection charges for 7.5Mtr length metallic pole duly erecting on base plate with providing 4 Nos, Anchor bolts with providing of 1:3:6 CC foundation (as per the drawing) with necessary steel reinforcement work, embedding 32mm G.I. pipe in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) including bending the pipe to the required shape for cable entry, curing, all material and labour charges, including excavation of Earth etc. as per the EIC instructions

Providing and Fixing of Junction Box Support adjacent to Light Pole Foundation; Providing, fabricating, and fixing a vertical support for mounting the Junction Box adjacent to the light pole foundation, made of MS L-Angle of size 35x35x5mm and length 2 feet (0.6 m), grouted in concrete to a depth of 1 foot below ground level, with 1 foot projecting above ground level. A horizontal MS L-Angle piece of the same size (35x35x5mm), 200 mm long, shall be welded to the vertical support at the appropriate height, on which the Junction Box shall be mounted using suitable mounting accessories. The complete fabricated assembly shall be finished with silver epoxy paint. Note: JB will be provided by ONGC

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 3.0 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 3 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required for light pole earthing

Providing and fixing 10 Sq.MM green flexible cable for loop earthing as required along with lugs

Laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size up to Upto 35 sq. mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cables of 1.1 KV grade of size up to 25 Sq. MM Cable in the existing masonry duct.trench as required.
