Construction of Jari Dy service road from Km 14.100 to 15.590.

Earth work:- Earth work in construction of Patari & Making dawla in service road spreading, grading to required slope and with Mannual compaction & dressing including all lead ,lift in types of soil as per direction of engineer-in-charge .(as per Technical Specification Clause 301.50).

Brick edging on both side of the road of brick class M-150 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work including material labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

GSB : Construction of Granular Sub - base by providing well graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on pred surface mixing by mix in place method with rotevator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density.(As per MORD Specified clause 401)

WBM Grading II : Providing laying,spreading and compaction stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the intrestices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the requireddensity Grading II as per MORD Specification clause 405.

WBM Grading III: Providing laying,spreading and compaction stone aggregates of specific size(22.4mm to 53mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the intrestices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the requireddensity Grading II as per MORD Specification clause 405.

Prime coat:-Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg per square meter as per MORD specification.

Tack coat:-Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular base surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

20mm Thick open -graded premix surfac:-Providinglaying and rolling of open -graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or out-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a hot mixplant, transportation to the site, laying with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 kn capacity, finished to required level and grades as per MORD specification.

Seal coat:-Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levelgrade and cross fall using Type C seal coat (As per MORD Specified clause 510)
