Supply & Fixing of Glow sign board made of 20 SWG GI sheet fabricated rectangular type box ( 20 Ft x 4 Ft x 10 Inch) covering five sides only except the front portion for super quality flex carbonized front facia with subject matter opted for display as by-colour computerised venyle paper pasted letters in ENGLISH (1st Line:- CIRCUIT HOUSE, letter height 24", 2nd Line:- JHARGRAM, Letter height 8") of subject matter as front facia to be displayed by curing & inscribling support computerised lettering 3mm thick vinyle facia, pasting by water solution & covering all cover . S&F aluminium channel along the four sides the G.S board for fixing the metalic screw after drilling hole on the facia incl. fabrivating of angle iron frame flate angle electrically welded complete with nuts, bolts,washers etc. for necy support incl. inspection door two no with hinged type door for necessary maintainance purpose. B) Painting the above board to be painted with synthethic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer after preparing surface in side white paint and front side by coloured synthetic enamel paint as per direction of EIC

Installation of above glow sign board on Main gates fixing by suitable 50 x 50 X 6 mm MS angle frame structure and 32mm M.S.flat with necessary support by grouting MS angle on existing RCC column and painting as per direction of E.I.C

Providing CC (6:3:1) base block of dimension 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), incl. drilled hole in pole suitable for alkathene/polythene pipe entry, without Loop Box

Supplying and fixing 50x50x6mm vertical angle iron support to be fixed by 4" bullet fastner (at every 1ft distance) on piller/column 400mm apart including drilling, welding etc as necessary as per direction of EIC

S & F of 4ft 20W LED Tube light fittings for each(Crompton/Philips / Havells REGALBATTEN 8UPTO 01 X 22WSSBSWH)

Distribution wiring by entire connection with 3x1.5 sq. mm stranded copper wire/ 3 core unarmoured cu cable through 1mm thick flexible PVC pipe/rigid conduit inside GSB as per direction of EIC

Supplying and Laying of Al Armoured cable of size 2 core 6 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting(as per direction of EIC)

Supplying & Fixing SMC waterproof type looping cable box(SINTEX/Hansel/ Equivalent as per EIC) size minimum 200x150x100 mm deep comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, two no compression type brass cable gland for 2- core 6 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted top cover with machine screws etc., on wall

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 20 A Piano key type switch (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board incl. S & F 100x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages
