Repairs to pot holes n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5Kg/Ten Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg/Ten Sqm binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc. 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete of consolidated thickness 40 mm using viscosity grade bitumen VG-30 grade not less than 5.5% binder content as in semi-dense asphaltic concrete content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid using mechanical paver finish, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt as per load material in site duly marked vehicle number (ii) The binder content specified is minimum. In case of quantity of binder as per job mix formula works out to be more the 5.5 % of weight of total mix extra quantity shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to the Government.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 100 mm thick, type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base or sub floor etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 50 mm thick, type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in sub base or sub floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick glass dividing strips of width 22mm inserted in position and conform to design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC in post and struts type B1, 1:24, using 20mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and as directed

S&F joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming to Fe-410W(Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) confirming to Fe-410 Gde 250 quality A including distance pieces, cleats etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C5 exceeding 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with waterproofing compound 3% by weight of cement all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls of any description including and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.
