Taking down old unserviceable MCB TPN and Supply & fix in repairs MCB TPN, 32 Amps, ''C'' series 415 Volts, 3 phase, 10 KA capacity all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Tower AC and Supply and fixing floor mounted tower AC of capacity 3.0 TR including required length of copper tubing’s with insulation as per OEM instructions, outdoor unit stand/ support, indoor unit stand , separate drainage line to nearest trap, indoor to outdoor cabling, testing all as per directions of engineer in charge.

Taking down old and unserviceable Ductable AC and Supply and installation, testing ,commissioning of Air cooled DX type ductable AC of capacity 8.5 TR comprising indoor handling unit , outdoor condensing unit suitable for non CFC refrigerant, blower, copper tubes with proper insulation ,Dehumidifier unit including strip heaters humidistat control wiring, all dampers as per site requirement( including 01 No of fire damper in supply duct) , isolating valves , thermostatic control ,safety cutouts (condenser mounting stand included ) and vibration isolated parts , including pressure testing and refrigerant gas charging with MS base frame ,supports railing , brackets with ant vibration pads, including motorized fire dampers, grills duly epoxy painted as per OEM specification all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.3 here in before but of capacity 5.5 TR DX type Ductable AC unit all as specified and as directed. Note for Item Nos.2 to 4:- (i) Old unserviceable AC's to be deposited in store yard of AGE E/M Karwar.

Removing old unserviceable GI ducts and Supply assembly and erection in repairs of GI sheet rectangular square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile duly factory boxed including all accessories such as corner, carriage bolt hangers, gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc. complete of size 24 Guage all as specified and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable worn out Nitrile rubber insulation and Supply & fixing in repair Nitrile insulation layers of size 25 mm thickness sticking on the chiller surface by using approved adhesive and ceiling joint by weather proof tape after removing unserviceable nitrile insulation from the chiller & cleaning complete all as specified and as directed.
