Dismantling and strip opening the centrifugal/ monoblock pump including disconnecting the suction, delivery, vaccum pipe lines and coupling for repairs to pump and refixing the same after repairs including overhauling the pump set, renewal of gasket to pump suction and delivery lines, gland packing, greasing nuts, bolts and washers,Metal Sleeves, painting ,all kind of grinding & welding work , etc as required for arresting any kind of water leakages including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities as mentioned below :

Dismantling and strip opening the centrifugal/ INDUCTION motor including disconnecting the cable connections and coupling of the motor, removing the starter and rotor units, bearings, servicing the motor assembly including cleaning the carbon deposits with carbon tetra chloride, and refixing the same after repairs including connecting up of the electric connections including testing and commissioning complete all as specified for the following capacities :-

M&L for rewinding the centifugal/ Monoblock electric motor stator or rotor with PVC insulated, super enamelled copper conductor with ‘F’ class heavy grade insulation weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency inclduing tying the winding and connecting the coils and brining the connections as that of exisitng one including applying insulating varnish, heating and backing the windings thoroughly including taking down old existing copper winding complete all as specified and directed of following capacities :-

Refixing of old CI/DI/MS Pipe and connection in new or old position including fittings with old/new bends, elbows, socket, nipple, tapers, and reducers etc as per site requirement and laid in trenches and testing for leakages complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

Supply and fixing of GI fittings 20 mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked, smooth finished and make embossed on fittings complete all as specified and directed for the following fittings:-

M&L for Arresting leakages of sluice valves by replacing Gland packing, gland bush, gland flange, nut bolts, gasket, packing material as required after dismantling in existing position including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note: Quoted rates inclusive of the materials mentioned above like Gland packing, gland bush, gland flange, nut bolts, gasket, packing material etc as required to arrest the leakages.

S&F, connecting and testing in repair of Cast Iron foot Valves flanged ends swing type operation with rubber seat as per IS : 4038 single disc with all standard accessories and tested including replacement of nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, packings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut alongwith socket/reducer of suitable size, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

Bailing out the water from the semi underground sump 10,000 litres capacity at CMCD and Carbon Carbon Pump House without causing any interruption to regular water supply, cleaning the walls, roof and floor thoroughly by using scrapper, removing the deposited scales/ fungus/ sludge/dirt etc., cleaning thoroughly with water and bleaching powder, finally cleaning with chlorine solution for complete anti bacterial disinfections complete including removing and disposing of the rubbish materials of the site and writing date of cleaning of the sump on the black ground/board with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 2 Each Job Full Conversion INR
