Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in any type of soil for laying and taking out of GI/CI pipes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cast iron pipe line of size 150 mm bore, including all fittings with spigot and socket/ flanged end or any type, lead joint including removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/Cutting MS pipe line of size 150 mm bore, including all fittings of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of cast iron 150 mm bore pipe with flanged ends,centrifugally cast class 'B' in any length laid in trenches as taken down under Srl item 4 here-in-before complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up and down old/unserviceable CI/MS tubing with fittings of size 100 mm bore (earth work will be measured and paid separately).

Dismantling of old U/S valve pit of size 120x120x90 Cm (internal dimensions of the chamber) including and removing the unserviceable material at a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr including brick massonary with cement mortar with 1: 6 , 23 cm and flush pointing externaly work proceeds in the same mortar complete ( using 30% old bricks & 70% New bricks) complete with the following specification and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(i) 10mm thick plaster internally in CM 1:6

(ii) Flooring 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 over 75mm thick hard core of guage not exc 63mm thick.

(iii) Angle iron frame 40X40X6mm thick for cover and mild steel 3mm thick cover with locking arrangement,handle and necessary hinges etc, .

(iv) PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 100mm thick in foundation

(v) Two coat of synthetic enamelled paint to cover internally and externally over a paint of Red Oxide primer.

Removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants shrubs around the water supply installations/ inside the valve pit and surface excavation not esceeding 15 cm depth leveling the ground and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 M.

M&L for cleaning of RCC over head reservoir of 30,000, gallons capacity at 40/60 feet staging including removal of all deposited scales, dirt and settled sand particles from intake of circulating pipe, cleaning with brushing, sweeping and brooming of inner and outer wall of the tank and washing the complete with bleaching powder soluting and also re-writing date of cleaning and marking all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Cleaning of all O/H tank will be carried out 2 times

M&L for cleaning of RCC over head reservoir of 25,000 gallons capacity at 40/60 feet staging including removal of all deposited scales, dirt and settled sand particles from intake of circulating pipe, cleaning with brushing, sweeping and brooming of inner and outer wall of the tank and washing the complete with bleaching powder soluting and also re-writing date of cleaning and marking all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of RCC over head reservoir 1,00,000 gallons capacity at 40/60 feet staging including removal of all deposited scales, dirt and settled sand particles from intake of circulating pipe, cleaning with brushing, sweeping and brooming of inner and outer wall of the tank and washing the complete with bleaching powder soluting and also re-writing date of cleaning and markingall as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for two coats of cement based paint of special colour as approved by Engr-in-charge for external surfaces of RCC over head tank reservior upto 40/50 feet staging and tank capacity 1 lakh gln to 25 thousand gln including painting to iron ladder from bottam to top of overhead tank with existing colour, ventilation hole will be covered with wiremesh and preparation of surface all as specied and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply & fixing in repairs 4 pole MCCB, 250 Amp, breaking capacity 25 kA with adjustable Thermal & Magnetic setting fitted in panel with all connecting accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Excavation, Sluice valve, NRV, CI Fittings ,PCC work will be paid separately under Relevent items.

PCC (1:3:6) type C2 with 40 mm graded aggregate for grouting Anchoring, MS Band Strap and bolts, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
