Taking out the filter from AHU from 1000 CFM to 13000 CFM cleaning coil with suitable chemical and jet of water pressure with pump and remove all the scale and foreign material deposited in side the coil followed with air pressure to sweep up all the particles and ensure thorough flow of air over the cooling coil complete all as specified and directed for any capacity of AHU and refixing the air filter after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing/ servicing AHU Fan Motor of following capacity, opening the motor, cutting & removing old and burnt winding wire, rewinding the motor with new super enamelled copper winding of size & description to match with existing including insulating materials, varnishing, drying, replacement of both driven end & non driven end bearings and base plate, reassembling, refixing in same position & connecting including testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed:-
