Providing External Water Supply and Distribution Network for Korkai Retreat Project at V.O.C. Port

Cleaning the Juliflora jungle, debris and bushes including up rooting juliflora trees, rank vegetation, grass, wood saplings ans trees not exceeding 30m girth etc., and removing not exceeding 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared and filling andlevelling the pits formed where the trees are up rooted etc., including all labour, tools, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Pumping the surface water from the earthwork portion / Rain water from the low lying area wherever required in the Port area with 5 HP Mud Pump. The cost including hire charges for 5 HP Mud pump, diesel, oil, manpower, etc., complete and as directed bythe departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M.Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) ( One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying in trenches 63 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and laying in trenches 32 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 10 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Delivery of 110mm dia. HDPE-PE 100 (PN 6) Pipe as per IS 4984/2016 at site of work including loading, unloading, transportation, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery 315mm HDPE PN10 PE100 Pipe as per IS4984/2016 at site of work including loading, unloading, transportation, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers
