Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary, build in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but all as specified

M & L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agrregate) solid blocks exc 10cm in width having minimum compressive strength of 50 kg/sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part I) 2005 and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

Cutting holes exc 250sqcm but not exc 500sqcm into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, beams, walls etc. including cutting of reinforcement through all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggreagate in holding angle pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases).

S & F mild steel rolled sections /MS Angles, flats in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets incl all necessary drilling, blocking or reveting etc.

S & F GI barbed wire 2 strand 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standards rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised steel wire staples etc as directed

Fixing only in repairs, restraining, resuring including making good staples etc of old same GI barbed wire 2 strand barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings etc as directed in same position.

M & L for painting new steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide (Zinc chrome) primer.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Upto 15m ht).

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia, having 7 to 8 nos rounds per 1 metre length, on wall with existing/new angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart fixed G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ concrete/ stone in ceilings, walls, roof slab etc including racking out Joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

Supply and fix wire netting of SS/ Fibre wire mesh 0.91 mm dia size of mesh 12 mm on wall surfaces to receive plastering fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples all as specified and directed.

Materia and labour for applying (Nitobond AR by M/s FOSROC/ Equivalent) chemicals for repair and bonding over old cement surfaces in walls, facia, projections and RCC drops complete for crack repairs all as specified and as dircted.

M & L 15 mm thick rendering CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for new plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer

M & L for filling 25 mm thick (Avg Thickness) thick pre-formed/Bituminous filler board in crumple joints of Security wall all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 0.56 mm thick plain aluminium sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutter, over crumple joints/ view cutter and straight flashings (length and girth fixed) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings (Corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings incl ridges

S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M & L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high of specified tint all as per directed.

M & L for new Broken glass coping on top of walls using Cement mortor 1:3 including taking and removing rubbish etc all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work and Exposed surface of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for TMT bars for reinforcement 10mm dia and over cut to lengths, bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

Supply only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. Including proivision of binding wire

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. Including proivision of binding wire

Removal of concrete and plaster debris to a distance 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of Plants/ Shrubs grown on walls/ slabs/beams by making holes or demolition of concrete etc and including applying suitable chemical for killing the roots of Plants, filling of holes with concrete and making good complete all as specified and directed.
