Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut ear1ier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness, as per technical clause 201 of MORT&H specifications. In area of light jungle (By Mechanical Means) (HSR 17.2.3)

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits, including compensation of earth, with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2, as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications (Based on HSR 17.6) Note: In case quantity worked out is more than 262.86 cum, then only 262.86 cum will be paid. Excess quantity shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid.. Note:-No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer.

Compaction of & preparation of sub grade including loosening, leveling of earth 225 mm thick top layer, rough dressing of soil, final dressing of earth to give level, camber, watering, rolling with road roller, compacting the bed to achieve minimum dry density as given in the Table 3000-2 as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications (HSR 17.5.3)

Providing & laying 200 mm Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material - Grading-I (Table:- 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.of MORT&H specifications. Grading I material Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.(Based on HSR 17.15.1)

Providing and Laying 80 mm thick ISI marked Interlocking Paver Blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006/IRC SP 63: 2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M 40 over the bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect.(HSR 17.69.2)

Providing and laying of cement concrete blocks of size 0.450 m x 0.300 m x 0.15 m of cement concrete M30 grade and spreading 25 mm thick sand underneath filling joints with sand on existing W.B.M. base as per technical specification clause 1503 (HSR 17.66.1)

Removal of existing IPB by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and up to a lead of 1000m as per technical specification clause 202.3 (HSR 17.70)

Dismantling of road including, soiling and wearing coat, screening and stacking of old serviceable material, complete in all respect. (Based on HSR 17.3)

Carriage of removed IPB Tiles from Helipad site to PWD Store site with an average lead of 10 Km complete in all respect as per PWD Specification (NS)

Carriage of Granular Sub-Base (GSB) material from Helipad site to PWD Store site with an average lead of 10 Km complete in all respect as per PWD Specification (NS)
