De-watering by using pump as required and , removal of mud and settled silt including scrapping of complete inner surface with the help of wire brush etc and therefore cleaning by water and bleaching of the following OH tank / UG sumps.And apply two coat of white wash to all internal surface of wall and two coat of colour wash to all external surface including top surface and painting to oblitering labels shall be not less than 60x40 cm using black paint to match with existing dimension and writing particulars such as capacity of sump, date/ due date of cleaning etc useing white paint including disposal of mud silt etc obtained after cleaning up to 50 m away for Semi UG sump of capacity 50000 GLNS at Bani Camp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: Rate includes for marking on tank, date of cleaning and due date of next cleaning.

Supply, fixing and testing of submersible electric driven pump and motor capacity 2.0 HP, 1 phase, 220 volts with outer di of pump not exceeding 40 mm having discharge capacity 20 L/min - 100 L/min at operating head range 120 - 30 mtr with both sides pipe connections without leakage with good finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Havells, Cat Part No MHTCCB1602, Model No HRT4W16C20S or equivalent in KSB or Crompton

S&F copper strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm with all fixing arrangements such as clamps/MS screws/saddles/PVC gutka/ Brass Nut bolt/Porcelain insulator & washers etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F copper strip of size 20 mm x 3.15 mm with all fixing arrangements such as clamps/MS screws/saddles/ PVC gutka/ Brass Nut bolt/Porcelain insulator & washers etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for copper brazing (welding) at site to connect loop copper earthing strip of any size after tightening by nut, bolt, washer, check nuts of brass complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Copper brazing shall be done upto 20 mtr height. Necessary tool/plant and ladder required for working upto 20 mtr height shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

M&L in replacement of providing Chemical Earthing with copper earth plate 900 x 600 x 5 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc complete with alternate layer of salt crystal and charcoal and Magnesium sulphate crystal as specified below:- (a) The earth pit should be of minimum 12 ft depth and 4 ft width (b) The copper plate should be of 3 ft x 2ft and 5mm thick. (c) The copper strip should be of 32mm x 6mm dimensions (cross section) up to 7.5 mtr (d) The quantity used should be:- (i) Charcoal - 250 Kg (ii) Salt crystal - 200 Kg (iii) Magnesium sulphate crystal - 100 Kg (e) 3/4 inch dia GI pipe of enough length to reach just above copper plate fitted with funnel, meshed along with cap and running water should be provided for keeping the soil wet approx one mtr GI pipe be kept out side for connection of running water. (f) The pit shall be constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC slab shall be provided in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) 50 mm thick pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/o both ways MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe up to 7.5 mtr 50 mm bore (light grade) shall be including the item.

S&F in replacement of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw fixed inside cubical shape enclosure made out of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick with front detachable cover, anodized screws, cap washers 4 Nos to be mounted on wall with wooden plugs and screws 4 Nos duly painted inside and outside by two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer over all dimension of enclosure 200x150x100 mm (depth) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of lightening conductor air termination, single pointed copper rod of 12 mm dia, 300 mm long including fixing of MS clamps with nuts, bolts and screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
