Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Complete

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Complete

Bituminous Concrete (Table 500-17) : Providing and Laying bituminous concrete of required thickness with central hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (Viscocity Grade 40) at percentage specified by JMF of mix and filler transporting to the hot mix plant to site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no 111, 112, 501, 507, and 900 of MORTH vth revision complete in all respects Ratio.

Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface : Providing and Laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC ; 35, The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MORTH & H Specification No 803.
