Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc,

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1 : 4 in two separate layers (10+5mm) and second layer of 5mm mixed with integral water proofing compound weight of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick internal wall on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement Mortar in 1:6 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L preparation of New plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash complete as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of New plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete as specified and directed.

M & L preparing of New plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil-emulsion over a coat of primer or chalk whiting including 1mm wall care putty complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying two coats of cement base paint (white or tinned) over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete as specified and directed.
