1.Providing Pile foundation of size 230 mm dia using augur including labour charges and all other tools and plants charges etc. , as per direction of dept officers

2.Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. departmental officers etc complete

3.Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

4.Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hardbroken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering if found necessary andlaid in layers of not more than 15 cm thickand compacted etc.,complete

5.Supply and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as RCC column, footing, plinth beam, stair case etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of 90cm X 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angle for boarding supported by casurina props at suitable intervals etc., completed complying with standard specification and as directed. 6.Supplying and erecting centering for sides soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plain surface such as rectangular column top and bottom slabs of boxing, sill, slabs, sun shade etc., in all floors using mild steel slabs of sizes 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25X25x3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., complete as directed. 7.Fly ash Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost.

8.Supply and fixing MS gate and grills using Square rod , L angle and patta & square pipe as per direction of departmental officers

9.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

10.Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sand & Three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer

11.Filling with Well gravel layer by layer cost including watering and consolidations etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officer.

12.Providing and laying of 63 mm thick high strength of Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block in size of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 In uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with stone dust cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base perpareation of pavers as sub base, stone dust cushion 150 mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the paversl sweeping transporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per the standard specifications

13.Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including thorough cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed

14.Painting with enamel paint two coats over one coat of primer for new iron works using good quality and approved colour etc.completed.
