Supply and fix factory made PVC internal Door Frame of the size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm thick prelam sheet ,mitred cut at two corners and jointed with 2nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15mmx 15mm m8 tube.the two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 40mmx20mm MS tube of 19 gauge through out the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100mm long MS Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners.A minimum of 4nos.of screws to be provided for each vertical member &minimum 2Nos.for horizontal member etc.complete as per manufactures specification and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fix Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement VTPN DB 4 way along with MCCB 160 Amp 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 50 HZ double door surface mounted complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix UPS for 30 min back up three phase AC input 300 to 450V and out put single phase AC out put Voltage 230 V ± 1% of capacity 30 KVA complete all as specified and directed. (1+1)
