Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC Columns, beams, slabs and chajjas on external and internal faces etc. beyond main reinforcement .(if required in the opinion of the consultant), carefully with chisel and hammer including relieving structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed load partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. Providing and applying rust passivator of approved make to existing reinforcement bars including wire brushing of reinforcement, cleaning, washing of concrete etc complete as directed. Providing and applying two coats of rust preventer slurry of approved make and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to existing r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry of approved make and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and reinforcement sub strata complete as directed. Providing and applying bonding coat of approved make. Polymer modified cement mortar in required proportion (1:5:15) to RCC members including hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of approved make, 200ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT (CRS) bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter of approved make and applying protective coating of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

FILLING AND REINSTATING OF SEPARATION CRACKS Opening the Separation Cracks at the Junctionof RCC and Masonry where ever directed and instructed into *’V” Grooves 2” to 3 ” from the either side of the cracks by carefully marking the areas to be opened up using a Cutting machine and skillfully /carefully Chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including Wire brushing and washing of concrete Substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the Consultant as instructed and directed.

Structural grade bonding in moistures surface areas, Providing and applying two component non-remulsifiable epoxy resin bond coat (EL Monobond) on old concrete face confirming to ASTM-C- 1059-86 Type II prior to application of any type of mortar or section build-up using cementious media to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application. Complete as directed by consultant.

Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector Drilling Holes of 12mm dia, upto 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500mm c/c for slab, 300 mm c/c for column and beam in staggered manner or along the crack as directed by the consultants in RCC structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and Inserting 12mm dia. Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system for min.8 hrs before grouting including removing nozzle projections, excess putty if any over concrete element grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Epoxy, Injection, Grouting Injecting/Gravity pouring / deck flooding over porous slab or concrete area with low viscosity high molecular weight thermoset polymer grout Monopol 250 H or equivalent to improve the micro structure of concrete, including mixing material components part a and part b in required quantities as per mfg instruction by weigh batching spreading on area by broom brush at a rate of 1kg/sqm. Monitor leakages through other side of the member and seal them as per the requirement. Broadcast quartz sand over tacky surfaces to ensure mechanical keys for subsequent coating. Allowing the system to cure etc. complete. Test the system for pull out at 3 locations. Complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Repairing damaged concrete areas using non shrink, free flow and corrosion inhibiting micro concrete (not exceeding to depth 50 mm ). Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size or as per consultants recommendations by providing and casting with micro concrete of grade M40 all lead lift, mixing, placing, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or construction joint differences if any to satisfaction of Engineer in charge, curing etc. complete. Ensure the quality of water by testing water as per IS 456 and document the same. Ensure temperature at time of mixing should be between 25 to 40 degree Celsius by electronic temperature gauge Complete as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing, Supplying, transporting materials, drilling holes by rotary hammer drill, dust removing, batching, mixing of resin and hardener Hilti HY 200, inserting & anchoring rebars of 8 mm dia rebar in 12 mm dia holes and 110 mm deep using HY 200dia. in existing concrete surfaces using resin based anchoring grout and necessary rebaring of reinforcement steel (steel rebars to be paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick as backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 to receive skirting tiles/stone slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick cement screed base over & including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab of 18 to 20mm thick, in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. over & including 10mm thick rendering (bedding layer) in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for green marble work 15 to18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowsills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and as directed.
