RMO specialized Electrical and Mechanical services of S block Delhi High Court, Delhi during year 2026-27 (Sub Head Operation and Routine Maintenance of EI and Fans, Lift and Escalator, CCTV, Networking system, EPABX System)

EI & Fans Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of electrical installations and compound light/ security lights alongwith allied fixtures & feeder pillars etc. including repairing the wiring and lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the department to the contractor by deploying Wireman and Khallasi in various shifts as per Annexure 'A', as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for Delhi High Court etc as required.

Lift and Escalator Providing services for routine Maintenance & Operation of following capacity passengers lift installed in 'S'-Block at Delhi High Court in various shifts as mentioned in the Annexure 'A' for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of passenger lift & providing immediate assistance during emergency situation. The lift operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required. 4 Nos. 13 Passengers capacity lifts S Block 6 Nos 20 Passengers capacity lifts S Block 1 Nos 8 Passengers capacity lifts S Block 2 Nos 8 Passengers capacity lifts Anciliary Block

CCTV AND SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM Providing services for routine maintenance and operation of CCTV Surveillance system consisting of allied equipments installed in various locations with control room 'S' Block at Delhi High Court premises by deploying CCTV system operator and Khallasi in various Shifts as per Annexure 'A' for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above system & providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing and repairing, as & when required & periodical testing of the system and preserving the CCTV footage as desired/directed by competent authority including controlling & monitoring of NVR's at control room. The CCTV system operator should be adequately trained and experience for providing above mentioned services as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required.

NETWORKING SYSTEM Providing services for routine Maintenance & Operation of Networking system comprising of layer -2&3 switches inbuilt all cards, power supply, LAN points, manageable switches, information outlets, patch cords, panels, mounting cards, face plates SMB’s, racks and other equipments, as per inventory attached installed at S-Block, Delhi High Court including attending day to day complaint pertaining to the Networking system by deploying Qualified Networking Engineer in various shift as per Annexure 'A' for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above system & providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing, testing & repairing, as & when required. The technician/operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc as required.

EPABX SYSTEM Providing services for routine maintenance and operation of Cisco Make IP based EPABX System consisting of PRI line, console phone-2Nos.,Digital speaker phone -400 nos., MDF boxes and all other related accessories including minor repair work and wiring of telephone line, by deploying EPABX system operator in various shift as per Annexure 'A' etc. as required for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above system and providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing and repairing as and when required. The EPABX system operator should be adequately trained and experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per terms and conditions attached and also as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required.
