Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in: cement motar 1:4 ( 1 cement:4 coarse sand) (Including all carriages and leads).

Half brick masnory with bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in: cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand) (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering , shuttering , finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level. 1:1½:3 ( 1 cement :1½coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (Including all carriages and leads).

12 mm cement plaster of mix.1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) (Including all carriages and leads).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more .

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for:

Suspended floors , roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20 cm wide.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C flushing cistern including flush pipe with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231 , with all fitings and fixtures, complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required.W.C pan with ISI marked block soild plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing white vitreous China wash basin including making all connections but excluding the cost of fittings. Flat back wash bain of size 550x400mm.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fitings.

Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fittings and clamps including cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work.
