M&L for Providing and fixing 20mm thick rubber tile flooring. Each tile should be made with crumb rubber granules (Size- 0.80 to 2mm).The weight of each tile should not be less than 4.5 kg , Density - 0.9g/cc , size:500* 500mm. (Other tests- Grammage, Deformation test, Force reduction ).The rubber tile should be of high quality / Impact absorbing rubber surfaces. This system should be consitsts by mixing rubber granules with clear ployurethane binder. Tiles should be installed with high quality adhesive. Complete as per manufacture specifications,with and including taking down existing flooring , complete all as specified and directed with the following instructions :- Steps1: Clean the floor, make sure that surface should be smooth. Steps2: Plan a design Steps3: Apply high quality adhesive on back side of rubber tile and floor,then installed it according to the design. Steps4: After complete installation of tiles,floor should be left with the curing time of 2 days before used.with strictly board sign near play area. Followed by Do's and Don't as per applicator / Manufacturer instructions. Make: koochie/ Aflex/ Ok play / Body line/ Experio/Replay/ Coasta. Note:- (i) The work shall be carried out through by authorised workmen/applicator of the manufacturer only. Taking down steel window/ventilators of any size including grill/guard bars and removing to store complete all as directed.

S&F in repair powder coated anodised aluminium doors frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified.
