Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in sand, silt or loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth, Hard stiff clay, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size 1 boulders, soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock or kankar not requiring blasting including clearing, levelling the site etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (open excavation)

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M sand of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement Five M sand & Ten HBGS jelly) using 40mm HBGS jelly including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers not more than 15 cm thick and in bays with all 3 leads and lifts, compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for Foundation works.

Supplying and erecting Steel shuttering including necessary supports for Plane Surfaces in foundation and basement for reinforced cement concrete works such column footings, plinth beam, Grade beam, Stair Case steps, bed blocks etc., which requires only nominal strutting using stiffened with mild steel sheets of suitable size 90cm x60cm and BG 10 stiffened with mild steel angles of size mm of 4 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boardinglaid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 60 cm centre to centre and supported by the casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia paced at 75 em centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc., complete (For below Ground level)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding 5 laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification.

Supply and fabricating of steel required for all RCC works involced in the schedule including cost of steel,cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending,tying grills including over lapping to the required length wheenever necessary and placing reinforcement in position as specified in the drawing including cost of binding wire provision for spacer bar cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc., directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, standardised Reinforced cement concrete Mix M-20 Grade(Design mix) in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, improve workability without impairing strength and durability of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and erecting Steel column using 4 corner ISA 50x50x5mm of size 250x250mm with height of 4.92m above GL at left& right side corner 4nos. The middle portion 4nos steel columnsize 250x250mm with height of 6.15m. The steel column 4 sides are stichhed with 5mm tk steel plate of size 230x150mm @300mm c/c to a column height. The steel column should be embaded over concrete column top with steel baseplate of size450x450x20mm. The base plate should be drilled in eight holes of 27mm dia should be fixed in 24mm dia anchor bolt to a length of 650mm, laid in concrete500mm, balance 150mm should be machine thread. the top of anchor rod closed with 24mm dia hexagonal net with lock net with double washer. steel column should be placed with stiffner plate of size 150x125mmx8mm tk as per drawing. The top oc column coverd with cap plate of size 450x450x16mm and the base plate should be drilled in eight holes of 22mm dia should be fixed in 20 mm dia anchor bolt. The cap cover plate should be of best quality anti corrosive red oxide primer. Supplying and fixing Colour galvanum sheet roof of 0.47mm thick for car shed Leant roof porion & Middle portion four side slope roof porion over steel hollow section including J bold and washer necessary fixing arranements The cost includes cost of all materials, process charges like cutting, scaffolding charges, transport, erection, labour charges for equipments like crane, risk allowance for working at a height of more than 3m, conveyance to site and clearing them after completion of work complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting new iron works such as All steel member as per bill qty with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all steel components including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Brick masonry Cement Mortar 1:4 using Country bricks including all varivargams, moulds, sthambams, mukapathrams, koodu, nasi and all ornamental brick work complete, all pancharams, agarais, karnakoodus, etc., forming core walls of Rajagopuram/Vimanams complete including cost and conveyance of all materials including cement, all the labour charges including marking pathies shaping of the bricks, lifting of all the materials to required heights, curing and all extra for working in heights etc., complete 100 eft for vimanam/gopuram

Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams/Gopurams, with Cement Mortar 114 complete including shaping the ukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, roughplastering with Cement Mortarl:4and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervai including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the Vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area for kalkaram

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:6 using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7.5cm for foundation, basement& superstructures including watering curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats using freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors, Including cost of lime blue powder, fevical type gum brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic exterior emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position of fully steel Double leafe Door of the following specification. The outer frames of door Leafe are made of 40x40x3mm L angle. The door leafe are divided in to three equql parts. the door inner cross brazing are made of Ms flat of 3mm thick has to be fixed in cross diagonally inside the door portion. The door area have to be coverd with2mm thick Ms sheet.. The openable shutters are hinged to outer frame at the existing door frame. Both door leaf outer L angle propoerly welded to the MS sheets. The shutters are to open out side. The following accessories are have to be fixed in properly as standrd. Each door have to be fixed in existing frame with 4Nos of 300mm Hinges (Heavy Duty), top & bottom one door leafe have to be fixed in 250mm length Tower Bolt, inner side & Ouer side 2nos of 250 x 16mm Aldrop & 200mm MS Handles (Heavy Duty) are to be fixed. All steel members are painted with one coat of best quality anti corrosive red oxide primer. The cost includes all materials required labour charges for manufacturing and fixing in position transportation taxes scaffolding charges handling charges wastages of materials and any other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

The Window area have to be coverd with 2.0mm thick MS sheet.. The openable shutters are hinged to outer frame at the existing window frame. Both window leaf outer L angle are propoerly welded to the MS sheets. The shutters are to open out side. The following accessories are have to be fixed in properly as standrd. Each window shutter have to be fixed in existing frame with 3Nos of 300mm Hinges (Heavy Duty), top & bottom of window leafe have to be fixed in 2 Nos 250mm length Tower Bolt, inner side & Ouer side 2nos of 250 x 16mm Aldrop & 200mm MS Handles (Heavy Duty) are to be fixed. All steel members are painted with one coat of best quality anti corrosive red oxide primer.The cost includes all materials required labour charges for manufacturing and fixing in position transportation taxes scaffolding charges handling charges wastages of materials and any other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
