MDR-76 to Basudia road_Road_Pothole repair and PMC,SC_0/000 to 3/000

Clearing grasses and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50mtr outside the periphery of the area including cost of all labour, T&P articles required for the work complete as per specification and direction by the Engineer-in-Charge. (By manual means).

Scraping, cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25mm to 40mm size crusher broken hard granite material and 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite crusher broken chips as key stone for 10sqm, spreading over and laying including heating, pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen, metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen of VG-30 Grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg/sqm area on the prepared bituminous/granular surface, cleaned with mechanical broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD & MoSRT&H for road & bridge works including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying 20mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm size chips to 5.6mm size crushed chips and 14.6Kg penetration Grade Bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR hotmix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T&P articles complete including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat Type-B using 0.06cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis & 6.8Kg of Bitumen per 10 sqm area including hire & running charges of PRR, Hot Mix Plant, Tar Boiler and all other T&P articles etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying & spreading of moorum in both side shoulder of road embankment to the required thickness including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials with additional charges as decieded by the District Administration, DMF & EMF @15% on royality amount and cost of labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
