RESTORATION OF ROAD CUT MADE BY P.H. WING IN FRONT OF SHOWROOM/MARKET IN SECTOR 23 C UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF ROADS SUB DIVISION NO.2, M.C. CHANDIGARH. (CH. TO REVENUE HEAD MINOR WORKS)

Earth work in excavation by Mechanical means ( Hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, and excluding of disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dresses. DSR 2.6.1-2.36

Carriage of building rubbish by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking for lead upto 5 km. (DSR 1.1.1)

Providing and laying granular sub base by providing and laying, spreading and compacting course graded sub base material sand, morrow, graval, crushed stone of combination thereof confirming to grading –I of table 400.2 of MORTH specification (5th revision). The material shall be mixed by mix in place method or with rotavator at OMC and carried to site, spread in uniform layers and compacted with 8-10 tones smooth wheeled/Vibratory roller to achieve desired density. Complete in all respect as per clause 401 of MORT&H specification (5th revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 406 of MORT&H specification (5th revision). Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion RS on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means complete as per MORT&H specifications (5th edition) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying ready-mix bituminous material for patch repairs with an average thickness of 20mm to cover patches/ potholes on the damaged road surface, complete in all respects. This includes the cost of read-mix bituminous cold material CRRI approved packed in bags to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA) DSR 4.1.10 A

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade rubber moulded, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 20mm thick compacted bed of sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made channel of size 2'x1'x3"made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4, in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished channel edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of size 1'x1'x4" made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4, in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment).
