Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within all lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead : Thickness above 10 mm up to 25 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering andshuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts

Precast plain chequered tiles hydraulic compressed 22 mm thick NTC or equivalent Make laid in open ground,floors, treads of steps and landings etc. on a bed of 25 mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) complete with tiles of medium shades.including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. including carriage of all labour equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation within all leads, lifts and other incidential charges.(i) 1.00 mm thick

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing 0.63 mm thick PGI sheet ceiling/lining of approved quality with butt jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet Tata Durashine or equivelant in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia meter with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.
