Note :- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases into walls for concealing MCB DB and making good the disturbed surfaces with cement work and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface.

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made of 40 mm bore light grade pipe made to shape of overall length of 1.2 mtr for fixing of security light fitting including MS clamps , nuts & bolts of required size complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 4mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 15mm bore from earth elelctrode to DBs/main switch incl provn of concrete pit in PCC , GI pipe light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire including GI protection pipe light grade 15mm bore fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Earth lead and GI Protection pipe provide beyond 7.50 metre in earthing only shall be measured against this item.
