Dismantling and taking down of existing old unserviceable central type AC plant of capacity 3x20 TR including all connected accessories such as compressor, AHU units,Ducts,Valves, pumps sets alongwith pipe lines, condensors & LT panel boards with cables including necessary T &P, scaffolding and making good disturbed portions to match with existing and depositing the plant and acessories to MES Store Yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 3 x 12.4 TR (2 W + 1 S) actual Capacity factory assembled Water Cooled invertor Scroll Chillers, with microprocesser based control panel with all safety interlocks, Hermeticaly sealed scroll compressors, Shell and Tube Condenser and cooler, all safety devices, suitable expansion device, suitable for operation on R‐410A or R-407C Eco-friendly refrigerants, complete as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed to be installed to achieve the chilled water outlet temperature 7 degree Celsius complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:‐ BLUE STAR Model No: XWC2VS‐013AR3 or techno‐ commercially equivalent model in CARRIER / DAIKIN. Notes :‐ The rate quoted to be inclusive of the following: ‐ (i) The initial charging of refrigerant & Oil. (ii) The testing of the plant after installation.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of FRP induced draft cooling tower with spray section, honey comb fills, basin, Fan with motor, intake bird screen type cooling tower of capacity 2 X 12.4 TR with suitable foundation and float valve of suitable sizes and quick fill complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of monoblock centrifugal water pumping sets for condenser water circulation having discharge of 9 LPS and delivery head 16m alongwith 3 phase, 50 cycles, 400 volts, AC motor, CI body and impeller, SS shaft, mechanical seal and suitable foundation with neoprene rubber anti‐vibration ribbed pads complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:‐ KIRLOSKAR Model : KDI 318 or techno‐ commercially equivalent model in CRROMPTONGREAVES/GRUNDFOS/WILO.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of monoblock centrifugal water pumping sets for chilled water circulation having discharge of 4 LPS and delivery head 12 m alongwith 3 phase, 50 cycles, 415 volts, AC motor, CI body and impeller, SS shaft, mechanical seal and suitable foundation with neoprene rubber anti‐vibration ribbed pads complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE:‐ KIRLOSKARModel : KDI 225 or techno‐ commercially equivalent model in CROMPTONGREAVES/GRUNDFOS/WILO.

Supply and lay MS heavy grade pipes for condensor piping, cut to required length and installed with welded joints including all necessary fittings such as elbows, tees, bends, short pieces etc., and conforming to the specifications and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete including providing necessary steel supports, complete all as specified and directed and the pipes shall be of the following sizes:‐ (a) 80 mm dia

(b) 65 mm dia

(c) 40 mm dia

Supply and lay MS heavy grade pipes for chilled water piping, cut to required length and installed with welded joints including all necessary fittings such as elbows, tees, bends, short pieces etc., and conforming to the specifications and insulating the ppe and fittings with 50 mm thk PUF pipe sections and CPRX compound and cladding with 26 SWG Aluminium sheet complete including providing necessary steel supports, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix Non chemical type on line scale preventor on line electrostatic non chemical water treatment system with electrically operated control panel to be fixed on main header suittable for AC Plant 2 X 12.4 TR, the outer casing shall be of 304 grade stgainless steel with both ends flanged and capable preventing scale formation, the same shall be suitable for water flow rate 600 LPM complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix two layered HDPE water tank 1000 ltrs capacity for chilled water and cooling tower make up complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay CPVC pipe of 32 mm dia with all fittings, valves and supports for providing drain for AHU, cooling tower and chilled water makeup complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory/ hand made air distribution system comprising of supply and return air ducts for air conditioning of building including spliters, vanes, interconnectors as required from AHU to the conditioned space comprising of class VIII galvanised sheet ( nominal galvanization of 120 gm / sqm surface area) with suitable supporting arrangements and bracing complete for the following sizes all as specified and directed.
