M&L for erecting Bamboo scaffolding etc complete as instructed and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for relieving Structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed loads partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. including providing necessary timber runners, bracing, jacking up arrangement all Complete to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge

M&L for chipping off existing loose, damaged Concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC Columns, Beams, Walls and Slabs etc beyond main r/f, carefully with chisel and hammer Providing and applying ‘Rusticide SS’ Rust passivator or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names to existing r/f. bars Including wire brushing of reinforcement , cleaning washing of concrete etc complete as directed.Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of “Polyalk Fixoprime” or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to existing r/f.bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of “Polyalk EP” or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and r/f substrates complete as directedProviding and applying “Polyalk EP” or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names.Polymer modified cement mortar in Required proportions(1:5:15) to RCC members Including Hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering incl taking debris out of MD land and place of disposal shall be found out by the contractor.

M&L for providing & fixing epoxy dipped shear keys of 10mm dia and 3" to 4" length in columns, Beams, Walls, Slabs etc before Micro concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing, cutting, bending and fixing Additional Reinforcement in position steel reinforcement of specified/required sizes and shapes in the form or main rebars, stirrups & rings, distribution rebars etc., and tying them to shear connectors using GI binding wire. The additional rebars should be coated with TWO coats of Anti Corrosive protective coating & dry sand to be sprinkled on second coat including tying with Annealed Binding wires, providing cover blocks of appropriate sizes etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying Super fluid Microconcrete -Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as specified in the List of Brand names) in beam bottoms, columns, Walls, slabs etc. including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates, waterproof ply wood/ steel plate shuttering, pouring, temping, Consolidating, curing etc complete as per Manufacturer’s specification.The item shall be paid on actual consumption of Micro concrete

PU Injection Grouting : Clean the surface and remove any dust, unsound or contaminated material, plaster, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits or algae. The surface should preferably be prepared using high pressure water jetting or light abrasive blasting, followed by thorough washing to remove dust and remaining particles. Dirt alone may be removed with wire brushes or similar mechanical means. Oil and grease deposits should be removed by steam cleaning, detergent scrubbing or the use of a proprietary degreaser. The effectiveness of decontamination should be assessed by a pull-off test. Blow the cracks and treated surface with oil free air to ensure complete removal of all dust and loose particles. Ensure that the surfaces are blown dry. In the presence of running water the flow must be stopped using Nitofill WS60 which produces a rapid setting waterstopping foam. When the water is stopped the cracks are reinjected with Nitofill UR63. All cracks must be sealed and injection packers or nipples located in place before Nitofill UR63 is injected. Once grouting operation is completed remove the packers and make good any holes or voids with Nitomortar FC and allow to cure. The Nitomortar FC can be ground off or softened with a blow lamp and peeled off.

Providing and carry out waterproofing treatment (application)to walls, Bottom slabs, Top slabs etc after removing existing plaster upto parent concrete, proper surface preparation to remove any loose dust, dirt, laitance, loose mortar etc., after treatment of construction joints, cold joints, cracks etc. , pre-dampening the concrete surface and application of two coats of Nitocote CM 210- Elastomeric Waterproofing coating etc. complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer’s specification.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving any thickness below or above ground level un re-inforced, including roof, complete incl rubbish off the premises and place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor etc all as specified and directed

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in floor finished cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
