Rate analysis for comprehensive annual maintenance contract for street light luminary.

Comprehensive maintenance for all types of street light luminaries including dismantling, repairing and erection of luminaries, and maintaining supply from the junction box for each luminary and Structure checking A. Core Scope of Work 1) Inspection: Nightly visual inspection of all circuits/luminaries or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge; identify non-glowing/flickering/dimming lights; maintain inspection log, complaint register, monthly report to Engineer-in-Charge 2) Detection of Fault in infrastructure Using relevant equipment 3) Fault Rectification: Repairing luminary using PCMC-approved, IS-compliant same wattage rated driver, MPCB materials; contractor to deploy boom lift, ladder, technical staff with safety measures (CEA/IS compliant); rectify/maintain junction box supply with separate rated 3 core copper mains and rated MCB per luminary; 4) Faulty luminaries should be repaired within 48 hrs after fault detection/when informed, or penalty Rs. 50/- per day per luminary. 5) Structure Checking: Secure luminary-bracket fitting; check pole foundation, bolts, junction box, earthing (≤5 ohms); check MSEDCL-to-pole infrastructure. And report to the engineer in charge. (As per Specifications mentioned in Annexure A)
