Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed in all kinds of soil, with disposal lead upto 1 m from cutting edge

Providing/Laying Stone soling Nallah/Plum hand packed on level in foundation trenches including carriages of Stones

P/L in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 Nominal mix including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (1 Cement :3 F.A.(Natural/M-Sand) :6 C.A. ) with 20mm aggregate

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts, and washers as required complete as per directions of Engineer in charge Made of G.I wire 4mm dia and also includes, priming coat ,2 coats of epoxy paint

12 mm thick pluster in 1:6 mix cement mortar

Carriage of Stone aggregate for 20 kmts

Carriage of Sand for 10 kmts

Add provisions for signboard, Photographes ,carriage of cement ,steel ,cutting of trees and other unforseen items.
