Providing Grass Lawn and Paver block in Landscapping for the Construction of 60 HIG Flats Pocket -1 (Stilt+5 Floors) at Ganapathy NHS Block No. I to IV in SF.Nos 13/2 Part,14/1 Part,15/1 Part,16/3 Part & 16/4 Part of Ganapathy Village, Coimbatore North Taluk & District Under Self Financing Scheme.

Earthwork excavation for drains in all soils and subsoils to the required depth as may be directed by the departmental officer except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary, excluding refilling and depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and levelling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification (including refilling)

CC 1:5:10 (One of cement, five of sand and ten of hard broken stone jelly) for foundation using 40mm gaugebroken stone jelly inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary ramming, curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications ans as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick Partition Wall in Cement Mortor 1:4 ( One of cement and four of Msand) 115mm thick for using chamber burnt second class ground moulded bricks of size 9"x 4 1/2"x 3"" having crushing strength of 50Kg/sqcm, including labour for fixing the doors,windows and ventilator frames in position fixing of hold fasts scaffolding, curing etc. complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and drawings.

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5,(One of cement and five of Psand) 12 mm thick including providing band cornice curing etc., Complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the Exterior Walls with two coats of approved plastic emulsion over one coat of primer over Cement Plastered wall surface etc., including cost of brushes, cement paints scaffolding curing etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ( The quality and shade of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use).

Supplying and laying of 63mm tick concrete paving, cost including the levelling of the existing ground level, with 150mm depth stone dust filling, over that the concrete paving shall be laid and compacted by the earth rammer and the top surface and the gap shall be filled with fine dune sand etc all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification , the shade and pattern and laying methodology should be approved by the departmental officers / Engineers.

Supplying and planting of grass lawn including red soil etc., complete with all laboour, lead and lift (Including All labour, materials, tools and plants etc.,)and complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the engineer-in charge.
