Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cmin soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying and punned down to a thickness of 18 cm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Fly Ash bricks locally available laid dry width wise across the line of cable in trenches for protection of UG cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 80 mm bore GI tubing medium grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair's 40 mm bore GI tubing medium grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing in trenches or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade, heavy duty XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Earth work in excavation, sand cushioning, cable cover, cable protection, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Cable route indicator of metal of height 300 mm above GL duly written "LT CABLE" on every 30 mtr to be fixed with PCC, 150 mm below the GL , Cost of route indicator and PCC for fixing indicators to be deemed in this item rate.

Dismantling existing Steel poles/PCC Pole/ struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation demolition of concrete transportation cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arms of MS channel or angle iron sections etc and setting aside , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR conductor of any size from existing overhead service feeder etc , complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair's circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire in steel conduit with FR PVC insulated copper conductor , 2 x 1.5 Sqmm + 1 x 1.5 Sqmm single core (or Three core 1.5 sqmm) in surface including necessary MS clamps , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair's junction box (Min Size 205 x 255 x 112) made of polycarbonate with IP 65 degree of protection , dust proof, water tight, light weight, acid resistant, corrosion proof inslated & shock proof, fire retardant, self extinguishing, halogen & silica free non-toxic material, UV resistant, with internally ebbedded gasket fitted with required connector/terminals for upto size 25 sqmm 4 core cable and hinged from Top and openable from down side and cable entry from sides or down including Glands and 10A SP MCB mounted on DIN rail for Street light connection ,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair's GI Bracket of dia 25 mm light grade with 1.2 mtr length including fixing the fitting removed for changing the bracket and connection with existing wire etc ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron/MS base plate , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 , 9 meter long including PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm stone graded stone aggregate in foundation and coping with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm stone aggregate), complete all as specified & as directed. Note: Earth work and PCC for pole fixing will be measured and paid separately

Supply LED Street light aluminium pressure die cast housing with toughened glass cover (IP 66 Rating),45 Watt , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ FPB etc including fair finish even and fir to exposed surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole/panel including necessary form work as required , complete all as specified and as directed.
