Dismantling of lime or cement mortar brick work including stacking of dismantled materials with in 60m distance as directed by Engineer in charge.

Extra item for clearing jungle including of rank vegetarion, grass, bush, wood trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1.00 mtr. Above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50mtr. outside the periphery of area cleared. Excluding GST

Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material. Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth

Exacavation in ordinary soil (Loam caly or sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30mtr. Including filling,watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches of into the space between the building and the sides of the structure and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge upto a distance of 30m from the structures.Excluding GST

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete

Cement concrete with 40 mm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportions of 1:3:6 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant ec reuired for proper completion of the work. Excluding GST

RCC Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:2:4 in R.C.C raft foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra excluding GST. but in RCC Raft foundation and footing 1:1.5:3 with 20 mm

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material of Grade-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level/above plinth level. Thermo- Mechanically treated bars of grade fe-500D or more

2.5 cm thick Damp Proof Course with cement and approved coarse sand 1:1 1/2 with an dincluding water proofing material as ordered by the Engineer Incharge in the proportion as specified by the manufactures including supply of all materials, labour and tools & Plants etc required for proper completion of work an dincluding curing and shuttering as necessary.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting or varnishing new work in small areas or new wood work with Two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish including supply of all materials , labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the I.S.I. no-103-1950

M-150 Brick work in 1 cement and 5 fine sand (F.M. 1.25) mortar in super structure including necessary cutting and moulding of brick as required thickness of walls not to be less than 1 1/2 brick including supply of all materials, labour & tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Excluding GST

As in item no. 1.19 above but in super structure including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required thickness of wall not to be less then 11/2 brick. Add extra labour to above items.

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement & fine sand mortar in proportion of 1:6 complete, Excluding GST

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Distempering (every coat after first coat or subsequent coat) with oil bound ditemper of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J and N Shalimar, Asian paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other forign materials and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgings etc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete. 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)
