Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of CI/GI/DI/PPR pipe and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning filling in and including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm. Complete all as specified.

Taking up or down of 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custady or for reuse in the work after and including cleaning as directed the following :- (Note Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule)

All as item no 4 above but of size 50mm bore

All as item no 4 above but of size 50mm bore

Supply and fix in repair cast iron sluice valve flange type of 100 mm dia PN 1.6 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS - 14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket(neouprene) incl taking out complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cast iron sluice valve flange type of 80mm dia PN 1.6 grade with stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS - 14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket(neouprene) incl taking out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting GI pipes of size 100/80 mm bore and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees, branches, etc or taking branches connection complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 20mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade conforming to IS 1239 (Part -1):2004 with all fittings conforming to IS 1239(Part -2):2011 and fixtures complete fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 25mm bore, Steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade conforming to IS 1239 (Part -1):2004 with all fittings conforming to IS 1239(Part -2):2011 and fixtures complete fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches. outer diameter of pipe 50mm complete all as directed.

S&F 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches. outer diameter of pipe 63mm complete all as directed.

M&L for Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size upto 40mm outer dia by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. including taking down old pipes fittings complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 50mm upto 90mm outer dia by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint including taking down old pipes fittings etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay M S Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of size 80mm Complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing and testing ductile iron pipe , K- 7 type with spigot and socket ends of size 100 mm dia laid in treanches including Rubeer gasket (tyton ring) jointing materials etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : DI fittings, excavation and PCC to measued and paid seprately

Supply and fixing in repair DI/CI fittings for socketed spigot, Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs any shape, of size up to 150mm bore, complete all as directed. Note: (Run Lead Joints shall be measured and paid separately).

S&F in repair PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site of size 50 mm bore including taking down old unsv complete all as directed.

S&F in repair PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site of size 63 mm bore including taking down old unsv complete all as directed.

S&F 20mm bore, gun metal gate valve, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe as specified.

All as per item No 13 above but 25 mm bore

M&L construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 600mm x 600mm x 600mm (Internal dimension) with PCC 1:3:6 foundation 150mm thick, brick work 23cm thick built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50 mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with angel iron frame 30x30x4 mm including hinges of size 125mm with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting ot MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of brick massonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 100x100x100 cms suitable for sluice valves upto 100mm size, with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation, brick work in cm 1:6 rendering 1:4, 15mm plastering, coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, incl necessary earth work, including MS sheet cover of thickness 3.15mm on 50x50x6.0 mm angle iron framework including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with making provision of locking arrangement including demolished old valve pit complete all as specified and directed.
