S&F rotational moulded polyethylene cylindrical vertical with closed top water storage tank 'White' double layered 500 Ltr capacity, hoisted and fixed in position and making GI tubing inlet or outlet connection inculding 20mm dia bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, tank nipple, 2 Nos 20mm dia union, wash out pipe etc including dismantling of existing unserviceable water tank of any type complete complete. Note:-(i) Old tank with fitting shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor's due payments. (ii) Rate shall be deem to be include cost of PTMT ball valve.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old, connection in wall position (walls, ceiling, floors etc) of 15mm bore size including new fittings. Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of taking down old pipe, including fittings as fuxture, cleaning and refixing old pipe with new fittings. (ii) Old fitting and fixture retrieved shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor's dus.

S&F 15mm dia Tubes, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fitting fixed on concealed in walls and ceilings or laid in floor etc and testing including Taking down 15mm bore old GI tubing and connection fixture etc from wall complete. Note :- Old retrived pipes, fittings, taps, valve etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor due payment.

S&F 20mm dia Tubes, ‘medium grade’ galvanised, with all fitting fixed on concealed in walls and ceilings or laid in floor etc and testing including Taking down 20mm bore old GI tubing and connection fixture etc from wall complete. Note :- Old retrived pipes, fittings, taps, valve etc shall be contractor property and necessary amount as schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor due payment.

Supply & fixing in repair 20mm dia bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 1 0 g m s . ) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Cover for PVC water tank any size including required fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of brick tiles set in cement mortar in roof surface including bedding layer mud phushka roof treatment any type including PCC padding or benching and existing cement plaster or screed on RCC roof slab (any thickness of existing treatment) and scrubbing down, cleaned the roof surface with water and removing rubbish to a distance up to 50 m or out side MD Land complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm mixed with and including chemical compound SUPER LATEX of DR. FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD. water and cement (1:4:7) mix or SBR LATEX of STP LTD, as per manufacturers instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete complete. Note:- Rate shall be deem to be include cost of chemical compound under this item.

M & L 10 mm thick plaster in one layer in CM (1:3) over concrete roof padding, cement mortar mixed with and including chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD mixed in proportion 200 millilitre per 50 Kg cement or STP No. 1 (Liquid) of STP Ltd. in proportion 200 ml per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions laid when concrete is still green and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete. Note:- liquid water proofing compound shall be measured & Paid separately under item No 13 of this schedule as supply only.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate , as in coping/roof kerb with necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate , as in roof padding (approx avg 50 mm thick or more) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete.

M&L for cleaning the roof surface (padding) from dust/dirt and provide water proofing treatment using APP modified polymeric membrane complete with as per following operations and all as specified in particular specifications. (i) Prepairing cleaned and dry concrete surface. (ii) Appling bituminous based primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.3 Kg per Sqm over plaster. (iii) Laying APP modified polymeric membrane and bonded to the sub-strata by heat process, over laps shall be sealed/ fused by flame torch as per manufacturer's instructions. (iv) Appling bituminous based aluminum paint @ 0.2 Kg per Sqm in two coats over APP modified polymeric membrane complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- (i) Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorized applicators. (ii) The work shall be strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description (i.e wind tie etc) not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work such as joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to FE-410-0 or 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new Steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
