Disconnecting existing water tanks setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt,chlorinating etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. cleaning etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position all as specified in SSR for capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 Litres.

S&F new rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked,white coloured, hoisted & fixed in position , capacity 500 litres, including dismantling of unserviceable tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F new rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position , capacity 1000 litres, including dismantling of unserviceable tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F new rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position , capacity 2000 litres, including dismantling of unserviceable tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing & connection 15mm dia bore laid in floor / trenches or fixed to walls complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing old15mm steel dia bore tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S&F GI tubing 15mm dia bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors.

Taking down GI tubing & connection 20mm dia laid in floor / trenches or fixed to walls complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubing 20mm dia bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors.

Refixing old 20mm dia bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S& F in repairs float valves 15mm bore size high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210 gms./25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms)

S& F in repairs float valves 20mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210 gms./25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms)

S& F in repairs float valves 25mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 20mm-210 gms./25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms)

S&F in repairs gunmetal globe and gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both and for iron pipe 20mm

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes including all fittings as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes in repair single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR) bend/shoe complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick / block masonry built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and clearing off the premises.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 Complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface over a coat of cement primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repairs PVC cover of water tank cap 500/1000 ltrs complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of roof by removing of vegetation from wall/floor at any height and making good the damaged portion to match with the existing by PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and finished with 15mm thick plaster in 1:4 all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Uprooting of tree roots from walls/roof of any girth at any height/ location of any depth by dismantaling brickwork/PCC and making good the damaged portion as existing by PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 and finished with 15mm thick plaster in 1:4 all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.
