Removing white or colour wash by crapping and sand papering and reparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour Two coats

Painting one coat or more of approved shade of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture including preparation of surface on old painted surfaces of wooden doors etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge

a) on old painted surfaces of wooden doors etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge

b)old painted surfaces of MS grill as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Damproofing in Walls

Step-1 Removal of all the old tiles, if exist and cleaning the same to remove the loose articles, debris, dust etc., then saturating the surface with water, including cost of labour, consumables, tools and tackles etc., complete.

Step-2 Providing and applying Koster Polysil TG 500 or equivalent primer on the prepared surface as per manufacturers specifications, including cost of materials, labour, consumables, tools and tackles, etc., complete.

Step-3 Providing and applying Talrak Flexeal Elastic or equivalent waterproofing coating on the primed surface in two coats, as per manufacturers specifications, including cost of materials, labour, consumables, tools and tackles, etc., complete.

Step-4 15 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine aggregate) over the water proofing treatment area admixed with Acrylic Polymer@ 10% by weight of cement.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Polishing on mosaic, marble/ granite/ Kota stone flooring woork wherever rerquired to give high gloss finish complete.
